Staff Development

This workshop equips new and experienced supervisors with essential skills to effectively manage teams, improve workplace performance, and handle day-to-day challenges. Participants will develop core supervisory techniques, including communication, delegation, and problem-solving, to lead confidently and foster a productive environment.
