Lenora Redman (née Primus)

When searching for a business name it was a no-brainer... I will name my business after my mother.

Here was a lady who tried at various points throughout her lifetime to start her own business, but never found the support. As a child, I remember her making school uniforms as she was a seamstress, doing pepper sauces because she was a great cook and once worked at condiments factory, etc.

But rejection at every turn.

Undaunted, it would take till her retirement to finally realize her entrepreneurial dreams when she opened her own eatery, which she managed and operated for over a decade and a half.

And so Le Pri was named after Lenora Primus, my mother.

And that it would be a support and port of call to anyone seeking to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

There would be no Le Pri Consulting, without my mother, Lenora Primus.

And in honour of her... our STEP-UP Caribbean Challenge initiative was born.
