This programme introduces the basic terminology, concepts, and tools of business management and illustrates their application in the creation, design, and eventual success of an effective and efficient leader, manager and organisation.

ED & ME is hands-on and requires the participant to master a range of business skills that will involve the use of various management decision-making tools, and techniques.

​

The ED & ME programmed adopts a strong emphasis on the mentoring aspect to learning and is broken down into two (2) component parts: Enterprise Development (ED) - training interventions delivered through weekly workshops; and Mentored Entrepreneur (ME) - business mentoring delivered through individual mentoring sessions.
